Let's be real, most of our mornings run on Dunkin Donuts. Between all of their delicious food items and extensive coffee drinks, they've got you covered for breakfast and every meal beyond. But if you really rely on DD for all your food and coffee needs, then you better listen up because some BIG changes are coming.

Don't panic, but some of your favorite Dunkin Donuts menu items might have been discontinued if you live in the New England area. The Boston Globe reports that the coffee chain is ditching some food and coffee items from its local stores. This shocking decision is part of a company push to "streamline the menu and speed up operations." A spokesperson also disclosed to the outlet that it comes from their findings that show customers think DD's current menu is “too complex and confusing.”
Customers were notified about the change in advance, but it's still a lot to take in. Signs were posted in the stores that were affected, advising employees on how to break the news to DD lovers that some of their favorites were going to be taken away. "Just so you know Dunkin is getting rid of basically the whole menu," an employee wrote on Facebook. "[What] am I supposed to eat in the morning before work now?"
So, what menu items are getting the boot? It looks like DD is getting rid of a lot of favorites, according to the list that was shared on Facebook. Our main takeaways were its turkey, chicken and flatbread sandwiches, its whole wheat, garlic, blueberry and poppyseed bagels, and its brownies and cookies!
Though there might be a huge void left by this shocking change, know that there are some exciting new products coming to the Dunkin Donuts menu this fall! DD launched its new maple flavored products and they look amazing. You can now get a Maple Pecan iced coffee and a Maple Sugar Bacon breakfast sandwich. Sounds good to us!
