Barlow’s first and main suggestion for shrinking your forehead with makeup is to grab a “cool-toned contour shade that is 1-3 shades deeper than your natural skin tone.” She says that one shade deeper is the “most natural,” two shades deeper is “more dramatic,” and three is even more.
She then says to apply the shade you choose “along the hairline and on the part of the forehead” that you would like to appear less prominent.
