She took to her caption to share her thoughts on beauty and skincare, saying, “When it comes to beauty, I have always believed that when you’re well within, it shows on your skin. Like anyone, I’ve experienced both sides to this coin, so when I’m not feeling my best, it will often result in dry, agitated skin. This is an intelligent and poignant signal from my body, telling me to go inward. I am constantly in awe of the miraculous design of nature. Healthy, glowing skin is both a reflection of your spirit and the supreme intelligence of the natural world expressing itself through you.”

Fans flooded the comments to rave about her age-defying physique at 60:

“How you dare! Not allowed to have this magnificent body when you’re in your 60s.”

“I’ve always loved Elle Macpherson. She is just perfect.”

“If I will be this thin and beautiful at the age of 60, then I will consider myself a happy woman.”

Elle Macpherson Opens Up About ‘Shock’ Cancer Diagnosis

On Monday, the model shared that she was diagnosed with breast cancer seven years ago—and chose to forgo chemotherapy throughout her journey.

Now in remission, she said, “It was a shock; it was unexpected; it was confusing; it was daunting in so many ways. And it really gave me an opportunity to dig deep in my inner sense to find a solution that worked for me.”

Equally surprising was her choice to take a holistic approach in her battle against cancer, opting to not go through chemotherapy.

“I chose a holistic approach. Saying no to standard medical solutions was the hardest thing I’ve ever done in my life. But saying no to my own inner sense would have been even harder. Sometimes an authentic choice from the heart makes no sense to others … but it doesn’t have to,” she added.

“People thought
I was crazy, but I knew I had to make
a choice that truly resonated with
me,” Macpherson revealed. “To me, that meant addressing emotional as well as physical factors associated with breast cancer. It was time for deep, inner reflection. And that took courage.”
