Our dreams have been answered, as Hosk revealed her workout routine (hello toned abs), with Megan Roup and the Sculpt Society. She provided an instagram live, ‘workout with me’ video for her fans. This is a wonderful outlet to get out any anxiety from the current environment, and to get your heart beating while home in quarantine.
Hosks’ workout consisted of utilizing make-shift weights (like canned beans), sliders or towels and a mat if you had it! Check out both Hosk and Megans’ Instagram pages to see if they’ll be hosting a future session!
