Emma Stone wants to start a family. The 32-year-old actress hinted that a baby could be in her near future during a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight.

Discussing her upcoming film The Croods: A New Age, Stone reflected on starting a “pack” like the characters in the movie.

"I feel pretty good about starting my own pack," Stone said. "Although I don't think that my pack would be quite as physically capable as the Croods are. ...They're pretty rough and tumble and I don't know if my pack would be as rough and tumble."

This isn't the first time the actress hinted at starting a family, though the idea may not be too far off this time as she recently tied the knot with longtime boyfriend, Dave McCary.

Stone and McCary, a writer and segment director for SNL, reportedly wed in September of this year. The couple had announced their engagement last December, after two years of dating.

They had originally planned to marry earlier this year, though had postponed the wedding due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Stone first revealed her desire to have children two years ago, in an interview with friend and actres Jennifer Lawrence, published in ELLE Magazine.

"My perspective about kids has changed as I’ve gotten older," she shared. "I never babysat or anything. As a teenager, I was like, 'I’m never getting married, I’m never having kids.' And then I got older and I was like, 'I really want to get married, I really want to have kids.'"

The La La Land star hasn't revealed any further details about when she and McCary may choose to have children.

For the moment, Stone seems to have a busy worklife. Croods is just one of many upcoming films she is working on. She will also star inCruella, a live-action prequel about Cruella de Vil.
