Emma Stone looked chic and glamorous in a dark gray power suit when she attended a career retrospective at the SAG-AFTRA Foundation Center in New York City on Thursday, January 25th – just a few days after finding out that she had been nominated for ‘Best Actress’ at the Oscars for her role in Yorgos Lanthimos’ Poor Things.

Although she won her Oscar for La La Land back in 2017, 2024 is clearly shaping up to be a pretty amazing year for the 35-year-old actress too. She already picked up ‘Best Actress’ gongs at the Golden Globes and the Critics Choice Awards; and we think there’s a very good chance that she could win her second Academy Award at the ceremony when it takes place on March 10th.

Emma Stone Rocks A Magda Butrym Power Suit In New York

The Cruella actress rocked a dark gray power suit for the SAG-AFTRA Foundation event, which consisted of a sharp Magda Butrym wool-blend blazer with exaggerated shoulders, and matching trousers that stopped at the ankles. Emma accessorized with black tights, which could be seen thanks to the trousers' cropped length, and some simple black pointed toe heels.

The Easy A star wore her red hair in a center-parted slightly waved down do. For makeup, she sported some feminine pink blush and a cherry lip, and finished off with some dark nail polish.

Fan Comments

Commenting on a January 26th Instagram post from Just Jared, who shared some pictures of Emma's red carpet look, one fan said: "Love her every time I see her, [she] automatically makes me smile."

"Amazing suit," complimented another fan, as a third wrote, "Wow," preceded by a heart eyes emoji. Another gushed: "Lovely actress and person, so funny, she looks really pretty. Good luck at the Oscars." "Emma Stone out there looking better than ever," commented another, followed by the hand clapping emoji. "She’s glowing," they added, followed by a red heart emoji.
