Deadlifts are one exercise that the La La Land actress puts to good use according to her trainer, Jason Walsh. It’s an essential exercise to implement into your workout routine because it tones all muscle groups including your abdominal muscles.
When Stone isn’t attacking her deadlifts, she’s most likely pushing some sleds. According to Walsh, it conditions the body and burns fat quickly (from your mid-section).
