Eva Mendes recently opened up about her family life and children with Ryan Gosling.

In the interview, Mendes explained how her transition from a busy acting career to life as a busy mom.
She told them: "I never wanted babies before until I fell in love with Ryan, and it kind of worked out to where I was 40 and having my first baby. I think I was 42 for the second one, so it worked out in that way that I had a career and then I changed my focus to my family."
"I was lucky enough to work my bum off for 20 years," she added.
However, now she is considering returning to acting: "I feel like it’s time."
But that does not mean she's up for any opportunity that comes her way. She explained, "The list is getting shorter and shorter of stuff that I'd do. I don’t want to do anything violent. I don't want to do something risqué. I think the only thing that’s left is Disney. You don't want to perpetuate certain stereotypes."
She quipped, "I just need Ryan Gosling to direct another film, and then hire me."
The actress also spoke about being willing to work with Disney; she said, "I'm basically like, 'Disney, I'm all yours, Disney.'"
This renewed ambition to act is partly due to her children no longer being babies.
Mendes explained, "I've been so happy to be able to incubate with my babies, but now they are four and six, I'm starting to feel like my ambition is coming back."
Although she did not list any specific acting projects in the works, we're crossing our fingers that we'll get to see her on our screens again soon!
