McDonald’s may not be the place you go when you’re looking for a healthy meal, and we all know that. While we can accept that most foods on the chain’s menu are bad for you, there are certain ones that are even worse than others. In fact, there are definitely menu items you should never order again – especially some on the extra value menu.

The McDonald’s extra value menu has orders at great costs, that can give you a meal, side order of fries and a drink at an excellent price. But some of the options in this category are among the worst on the entire McDonald’s menu.

Specifically, the Double Quarter Pounder With Cheese Meal is something you should absolutely never order from McDonald’s. This option costs less than $12 and includes a burger with two beef patties and cheese, along with fries and a soda.

All together, this order contains about 1,270 calories, 57 grams of fat, 22 grams of saturated fat, 142 grams of carbs, 66 grams of sugar and 1,675 milligrams of sodium.

This means that this single meal is more than half of your daily calories, all of your daily recommended intake of fat, half of your daily recommended carbs more than your total recommended intake of sugar and half of your daily intake of sodium.

The Double Quarter Pounder With Cheese Meal might be a great deal on your wallet, but it’s so bad for your health that you should never order it again. It’s worth it to spend a little more on food to keep your body in good shape.
