In her below clip, she says that you only have to “eat eight of these little babies every single morning to help reduce the look of fine lines and wrinkles.”
She added that the antioxidants that are in blueberries and the “nutritional value” of them is extraordinary. She also recommended buying organic blueberries and noted that “Trader Joe’s has super prices on organic blueberries.” Having “eight of these blueberries every single morning will help to prevent and heal disease,” she added. The creator also stressed that blueberries will “do amazing things for your skin and give you clear complexion.”
