Kim Kardashian went for full 70s glam in her new Skims ad! The fashion mogul, 41, posed for a retro photo shoot that she shared with fans last week to promote her label’s new ‘Metallic Swim’ collection. Like her many fans indicated in her comment section, we too did a double take and almost didn’t recognize the SKKN founder with a Farrah Fawcett-esque hairstyle and mod-inspired makeup.

The mom of four uploaded images and video clips of the shoot in two posts for her 323 million followers, rocking everything from a silver, sultry bodysuit with a midriff-baring cut-out to a chrome tank and high-waisted wrap skirt set. In her first post, Kardashian is seen posing in a glamorous vintage living room with an in-ground pool and patio behind her. She is standing next to two poodles as she dons the silver two-piece get-up and holds a phone as a prop. Kardashian’s look is complete with ruffled, layered blonde tresses, shimmering blue eyeshadow, chunky bracelets and sky-high sandal heels.

Fans headed to her comment section, with some pointing out that they “loved the 70s look” and others noting that Kardashian “almost looks unrecognizable” but still so chic. The reality star posted another video to promote Skims, in which she and models are seen rocking similar hairstyles, glitzy makeup, and high heels while tanning poolside.

The official Skims Instagram account also shared notable highlights from the shoot, with one image of Kardashian in another shiny bikini while soaking up the sun. The collection, as seen in the caption, is described as “70s poolside glamour meets barely-there beach vibes” that captivates “from cabana to club.”

The collection is also composed of “high-shine hues” for each swimsuit, including “nickel, champagne, and gold” intended to give “slick styles a lustrous finish.” Kardashian’s new swimwear apparently comes in 10 different styles, 3 distinct colors and sizes from XXS to 4X. As one fan wrote, “who new Kim K could pull off the 70s look so well?”
