Emily Blunt donned a stunning custom Giorgio Armani orange sparkly gown and dazzled on the red carpet at the Los Angeles premiere of The Fall Guy this week.

After the Oscar nominee, 41, posed alongside her co-star Ryan Gosling at the event, many fans took to social media to praise her chic style and radiant presence.

However, a few speculations arose about “facial fillers,” with some noting a subtle “difference” in Blunt’s appearance. The Oppenheimer actress has remained tight-lipped on the matter, choosing not to address these plastic surgery rumors and accusations.

Emily Blunt Sparks Facial Filler Rumors After Radiant Red Carpet Appearance To Promote The Fall Guy

Soon after Blunt and Gosling, 43, graced the LA red carpet and images of the premiere hit the internet, pop culture publication Just Jared shared new shots of the stars on Instagram. Blunt shimmered with gold jewelry and metallic heels. Fans headed to the recent post's comments section to share their thoughts.

"That color looks so good on Blunt," one wrote regarding her chic, tangerine asymmetrical glittery gown as someone else added: "Emily is such a beautiful woman." For her glam for the event, Blunt wore her signature dirty blonde tresses down, parted in the center and styled into elegant loose waves.

"Filler is all I see," one other user commented as another added that Blunt and Gosling looked "unreasonable" with "too much filler." Another noted: "I am begging these two to stop messing with their faces."

This isn't the first time that Blunt has sparked filler or plastic surgery rumors. Last fall, a YouTube user named Lorry Hill analyzed the Devil Wears Prada star’s facial changes over the years, attributing them to a potential rhinoplasty procedure, alleged cheek fillers, Botox injections, and eyelid surgery.

According to Hill, Blunt’s “face change” has been deemed both “huge” and “subtle” by various individuals based on their level of scrutiny towards her features throughout the years. At the start of her video, Hill said acknowledged Blunt’s famously beautiful features before diving into any rumored procedures she may have undergone.

Between 2022 and 2023, Hill pointed out that "a lot of people were noticing changes to Emily's face which had them questioning if she's had plastic surgery.

Hill concluded after going through photos of the actress since her rise to fame in the 2000s that the "shape of [Blunt's] face changed pretty drastically" due to "extreme widening at the temples" and "very large cheeks" that she attributed to cheek implants. She was also accused of undergoing a rhinoplasty, Botox and lip fillers, among other things.

While Blunt has yet to respond to these accusations from fans, she has commented on plastic surgery in the past. During her 2019 interview with Women & Home, Blunt hinted that she was not a proponent of plastic surgery. She stressed that she "loves imperfection." She told the outlet: "I appreciate that every line on someone’s face bears a story, and is the result of experience."

Blunt added: "In Hollywood, people are suffocated by plastic surgery, but striving for an impassive perfection isn’t something I ever found beautiful or have tried to achieve myself. I believe in taking care of your skin and your general health, but women who spend too much time trying to look perfect lose some of the magic about them."
