The Botox, filler and anti-aging expert wrote on the platform: "This is not filler migration. The filler did not expand over time. This is just too much filler!" Smith added: "The hand that holds the syringe is the cause of pillow face."
She continued: "Be sure to find a cosmetic injector that is willing to tell you when you’ve had enough." She also told her followers: "Don’t believe all the misinformation about fillers. The results can be natural with a skilled injector that understands facial balance."
