On Instagram, content creator Nicole Smith (@lipsandlattes) posted a video where she examined Sanchez's appearance at the event and speculated that any alterations to her face were likely the result of "excessive filler."

The Botox, filler and anti-aging expert wrote on the platform: "This is not filler migration. The filler did not expand over time. This is just too much filler!" Smith added: "The hand that holds the syringe is the cause of pillow face."        

She continued: "Be sure to find a cosmetic injector that is willing to tell you when you’ve had enough." She also told her followers: "Don’t believe all the misinformation about fillers. The results can be natural with a skilled injector that understands facial balance."  

More users headed to the comments section to share their reactions to Sanchez and Bezos, 61, on the red carpet. "She looks so artificial!!! So much money and such bad taste!!" one commented as another added: "She can’t close her mouth."

Sanchez hasn't openly acknowledged having any surgeries. However, users on Instagram, TikTok, and X (previously known as Twitter) persist in speculating about the procedures they believe she has undergone.
