Numerous social media users were surprised to see the Good American founder’s altered appearance in resurfaced selfies, with some asserting that she resembled Lady Gaga in pictures that were reposted.
Earlier this month, the Kardashians star, 39, uploaded some throwback selfies that she took back in 2019. They showed her posing in her car and donning a silky tank top and suede jacket over it. However, a noticeable sparkle and snowflake filter was applied to the photos, resulting in a somewhat unrecognizable appearance at first.

On Snapchat, the mom of four captioned her flashback snaps: "Five years ago today." According to a report by the U.S. Sun, one user in an online thread centered around the Kardashian family shared the photos along with a revelation.
"Help me i thought this was lady gaga for a split sec," they wrote, likening Kardashian to the Grammy winner, 37. Another discussion member agreed, replying: "I cannot keep up with her faces anymore. I wouldn't have known this was Khole if I didn't read the caption." Someone else concurred, adding: "Every slide is a different face I swear."
Others in the chat accused Kardashian of frequently editing and digitally altering her appearance in photos that she shares on social media. Some then brought up how she is often the subject of plastic surgery rumors.
Despite ongoing speculation about potential cosmetic procedures, the reality star has consistently remained transparent about her personal journey. In March 2023, one user commented beneath one of her IG selfies: "Do you ever miss your old face?" Kardashian replied: "No."
During a memorable KUWTK reunion episode, she also shared how public scrutiny affected her self-esteem.
