According to The Takeout, the cookie is priced at $2.49 and contains a mix of semisweet and bittersweet chocolate chips. Made entirely with butter, this treat is served warm. For those curious about its richness, it has 750 calories, closely matching the 760 calories of Costco’s rival, Crumbl’s Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunk Cookie.

As one X user wrote on the site this month: “Had the Costco chocolate chip cookie for the first time day, elite cookie. 8.9/10 rating.” Someone else added: “Ok, Costco cookie is a 10/10.” One other concurred, noting: “as someone who lovesss chocolate chip cookies, the double chunk chocolate chip cookie from costco was actually so good 11/10.”

Other users on TikTok and Reddit agreed. One wrote beneath the above clip: “That cookie is so good.” Someone else replied: “The cookie is great when warm.”

An additional Costco shopper noted: "These cookies are no joke, SO GOOD. I'm sitting here contemplating going to Costco rn JUST for this cookie."

A lot of people have likened this Costco cookie to a comparable option at Crumbl’s, but in the end, they opted for the Costco version, which is reportedly priced at just half of Crumbl’s $4.99 offering.
