Last week, the Practical Magic star, 59, was spotted leaving a dermatologist’s office in Beverly Hills, sporting a chic cream-and-white outfit and minimal makeup.
This left countless fans on social media in awe of the Oscar winner’s “ageless” beauty and “radiant” complexion.

Pop culture publication Just Jared shared paparazzi photos of the Lost City actress on Instagram, prompting fans to flood the July 12th post with comments praising her "youthful" and "ageless" appearance.
In the new pics, Bullock can be seen donning a cozy cream cardigan with brown buttons, a white tee underneath, white breezy linen trousers, fuzzy cream slippers and a brown mini purse.
The Miss Congeniality alum wore her brunette tresses down, parted in the center and styled into effortless loose waves. She added black glamorous cat-eye sunglasses and shiny chain necklaces as she was seen walking and parking her car in Los Angeles.
"She is and has always been so stunningly gorgeous," one fan wrote as another added: "How I wanna look like her when I’m her age !!!" Someone else gushed: "where's the youth serum?" while asking about Bullock's skincare routine. One other concurred, noting: "She ages like fine wine."
Bullock's recent visit to her dermatologist in LA follows an earlier sighting in March when she, Jennifer Aniston, and Amanda Anka, Jason Bateman's wife, were seen departing an elite plastic surgery clinic in Greenwich, Connecticut. In a recent YouTube video, plastic surgeon and expert Dr. Gary Linkov weighed in on Bullock’s transformation from the 90s to present day, analyzing any potential changes made to her face, and how he thinks she maintains her stunning look.
In the doctor's recent video, he began by taking a closer look at images of the Speed star from the 90s, and pointing out that she had a naturally chiseled, sculpted and beautiful face to begin with. "In 1994 at the age of 30, you can appreciate here that Sandra has strong masseter muscles, these are the muscles that live by the angle of the jaw."
The surgeon then moved on to the 2010s, and said that while he might have noticed potential signs of delicate filler and Botox injections when it comes to Bullock's appearance, these really weren't obvious and can't be fully proven. He shared that he believes Bullock practices "great skincare, eating well and exercising," as seen by her radiant complexion.
When pulling up more pics of the mom of two from present day, Linkov added: "I think Sandra has combined these non-surgical modalities, of course with the use of Botox and filler to create a very youthful appearance at her current age."
He concluded: "I am not seeing any obvious signs of facial plastic surgery for Sandra Bullock."
