Fans across the internet are seriously baffled over a story Kendall Jenner recently posted to Instagram. They claim she has finally taken the facial editing and filters too far.
In the selfie-style video, Jenner, 26, is gorgeous as ever; she’s wearing a tiny, zebra-striped bikini top (which we adore!) and her naturally dark hair has a red tint. Overall, it’s a fab look for the Keeping Up With The Kardashians Star, but something is definitely a bit off when it comes to her features.
Fans are claiming that Jenner is clearly using a filter to alter her face in this story. While this is a normal thing for many people—especially celebrities—to do these days, commenters seem to be especially concerned about the fact that Jenner has bypassed the feature that indicates a filter is being used. Is she trying to pass this off as a “#nofilter” moment?
Theorists discussed the situation via the KUWTK subreddit on a thread titled "Kendall posted this on her story today- I don't understand why they take a pic/video with a filter on and then re-upload it so the filter isn't at the top. Like why try that hard to make people think this is just how you naturally look?"
"Okay there has got to be another explanation for this lol," one commentor said. "There's no way Kendall seriously didn't know we knew it was a filter? Like it isn't even a remotely subtle one."
