The Good American founder memorably confessed to getting “injections — not really Botox” during the 2021 Keeping up With the Kardashians reunion, noting “I’ve responded poorly to Botox.” During a 2023 episode of Hulu's The Kardashians, she mentioned having filler treatments, revealing in a candid moment that she had been criticized for not looking as glam as her older sisters, Kim and Kourtney.

During the episode, she said: “You get better makeup, you do fillers, you do whatever — I had a nose job, and there’s still people constantly bullying you.” She has faced allegations of having butt implants, but she dismissed these claims in 2022 by responding to an Instagram comment with a denial. At the time, Kardashian wrote:  “lol silly goose. It’s the seam design of the leggings. that’s so funny ha! You guys just want to believe anything bad.”          

Regarding her rhinoplasty procedure, the businesswoman told Andy Cohen in 2021: “Everybody says, ‘Oh, my gosh, she’s had her third face transplant!’ But I’ve had one nose job.” During the highly viewed KUWTK reunion, she added: “Everybody gets so upset, like, why don’t I talk about it? Nobody’s ever asked me. You’re the first person in an interview that’s ever asked me about my nose.”

Kardashian also memorably dished to Robin Roberts during The Kardashians: An ABC News Special that she'll always stand by her decision to go under the knife. “My whole life I would say — I’ve always wanted my nose done, forever,” she shared. “But it’s in the middle of your face and it’s scary to think about. But I finally got the courage, and I did it, and I love it.”
