Burger King Double CROISSAN'WICH with Sausage

A good rule of thumb when ordering fast food is to avoid any menu item with "double" or "triple" in the name since that usually means it contains way more food than you need. The same holds true for breakfast sandwiches, and this "double croissan'wich" in particular.

This breakfast sandwich includes eggs, two slices of American cheese, and two sausage patties.

To put this in perspective, most adults are recommended to eat around 2,000 calories per day. The daily recommended intake of saturated fat is 16 to 22 grams. For sodium, it's less than 2,300 milligrams--and preferably closer to 1,500.

This one breakfast sandwich take s up a huge chunk of these recommended daily values.
