Customer Calls Out Taco Bell For Absurd Menu Prices

One customer in particular took to Reddit to share their experience. They posted a screenshot from the Taco Bell mobile app of the new Cantina Chicken Burrito, which costs an insane $6.69. "This is the $2 Chipotle Ranch Grilled Chicken Burrito with just cabbage and onion for $6.69," they captioned the post.

In the description, the user wrote, "Taco Bell should be ashamed of themselves. More than 3x the original price for some cabbage and onions added in the form of pico de gallo. And one (1) single new sauce packet. I can't believe these prices anymore." This is not the first time that customers have complained of high prices, but it doesn't look like prices are going down any time soon.

Redditors Are Furious With Taco Bell Menu Prices

The post drew in over 100 comments from other customers agreeing that the price is unbelievable. "We should have known why they silently removed the Chipotle Ranch Grilled Chicken Burrito from the menu all of a sudden..." one user wrote. "It was to make way for this thing. Basically the exact same thing but for a steep up-charge."

"That is exactly why I'm steering clear of this thing," another said. "They take a burrito, add like 2 more items to it, and call it a new item."

"Actual insanity lol," another agreed. "Disappointing too - But not a single bit surprising."

"Shameless corporate greed," another added.

"I got one today and it was the size of a very small burrito," a final user wrote. "Not worth it."
