A Fitness Coach Shares The Low-Calorie Pumpkin Spice Option From Starbucks To Drink This Season If You’re Trying To Lose Weight: ‘Tastes Absolutely Unreal’

Pumpkin Spice season is here, which can be pretty detrimental to your weight loss goals if you find the delicious Starbucks classic irresistible. Luckily, fitness coach Trent Harrison just shared an alternative to Starbucks’ signature fall drink that cuts the calories from almost 500 to less than 100. Keep reading to learn how.

Low-Calorie Alternative To Pumpkin Spice Latte

Harrison posted a video to his TikTok account @TrizzleManFitness sharing the Starbucks hack. He explains the importance of not drinking your calories: “If you’re on a weight loss journey, you need to try to avoid drinking as many liquid calories as possible.” He notes that the venti size of the pumpkin spice latte is 470 calories, not to mention packed with sugar.

Instead, he offers a surprisingly delicious alternative. First, order a grande shaken espresso, and make sure it’s a blonde espresso. Ask for it to be made with almond milk, and add two pumps of pumpkin syrup, and make sure they don’t add any classic syrup. And finally, for a little sweetness, add one packet of Splenda. And viola! A delicious and weight loss friendly pumpkin spice latte alternative.
