Florence Pugh, 27, has been quite busy this award season. Not only did she attend the London Critics’ Circle Film Awards in a red peplum dress, but she also wore a tulle orange gown to the BAFTAs. And now, the Don’t Worry Darling star opened the show for designer Harris Reed’s show on February, 17 during London Fashion Week. A close friend of the designer, Pugh looked like a work of art in a sequined silver-and-black harlequin two-piece set, composed of a maxi skirt with a thigh-high leg slit and a black velvet corset with matching sequined cape sleeves. With the halo headpiece that completed the look, the actress looks ethereal.

Florence Pugh’s London Fashion Week Two-Piece Set
The 27-year-old actress wore a gorgeous high-slit skirt with a sparkly, checkered pattern. The dramatic skirt was paired with a matching checkered shrug. The harlequin ensemble came complete with a structured black corset crop top with cascading floor-length sleeves. But, what really stole the show was the avant-garde checkered haloed giant headpiece that perfectly framed Florence’s head.
Notably, she also wore celestial-themed earrings from Harris Reed’s collaboration with Missoma. Florence is wearing the moonlight pearl hoop earrings, which are the crescent moon and star earrings that feature “pavé charms with white pearl cabochons surrounded by white cubic zirconia pavé.” These heavenly earrings cost £189. And for hair, she styled her hair in a very similar way as she did for the BAFTAs—she wore her iconic dirty blonde locks into an elegant updo with side-swept bangs. Florence went for a slight black eyeliner winged cat-eye with smokey eyeshadow and a light pink lipstick hue.
The Black Widow star’s strong legs were on full display as she takes control of the runway. She shared several photos from the event on Instagram, and it’s clear she’s having the time of her life opening the show.

Florence acted as the host for Harris Reed’s London Fashion Week Show. Appearing before the William Shakespeare-inspired fall 2023 collection titled, “All The World’s A Stage,” the Midsommar actress delivered a monologue to the crowd. She encouraged the audience to embrace the “lamé and sequins of life — because all the world’s a stage.”
“The art of dressing up allows us to express who we truly are,” she said. “Clothing has transformative power, whether for an actor or simply a performer on the stage of life, the art of dressing up allows us to express who we truly are, creating a safe space to inhabit in a sometimes judgmental world.” Florence is no stranger to making bold fashion statements, like her affinity for sheer dresses.
“Our costumes can change who we want to be seen as and who we are destined to be. I invite you to embrace the lamé and sequins of life because all the world’s a stage,” Pugh continued, quoting William Shakespeare’s As You Like It.

Reed’s show was themed around the quote “All the world’s a stage,” from Shakespeare’s As You Like It. He explained, “I’m someone who likes to play with grandeur and performative clothing. So I loved how in William Shakespeare, back in the day—even though it was different—men are dressing like women. This constant gender play for me felt very aligned with the brand.”
