Next, he said to try the “Mahi Mahi Burgers and double this up for 30 grams of protein for 280 calories.” You don’t even have to “make this in a burger, as you could dice it up over rice or make a salad,” Harrison suggested.

“Here’s a frozen breakfast for you, the Egg Frittata,” he said next in the clip. “Put this in the microwave. You could make an egg sandwich or just have it plain for 25 grams of protein,” he pointed out. The fitness coach added: “It’s easy for 270 calories. Trader Joe’s is making it easy.”
