Why? Well, first and foremost, they’re low in calories and high in fiber. On top of that, they’re packed with antioxidants, vitamins, and potassium,” he tells us. He adds that potassium, in particular, is a game-changer: “Potassium helps balance sodium levels in the body, making them even more beneficial. Not to mention, they’re excellent for gut health.”
