With Girl Scout cookie season looming, many are eagerly anticipating the return of their favorite treats.

However, this year there will be one notable absence as the popular Raspberry Rally has been officially discontinued.

Despite being one of the organization’s top offerings last year, Girl Scouts have made the decision to remove it from their roster.

Initially created as a rival to the beloved Thin Mints, the Raspberry Rally gained a fervent following during its brief run.

Sadly, those who missed out on the cookie will now have to turn to resellers if they wish to taste its unique flavor. Though these options come with a steep price tag, many fans (on eBay for example) are still willing to pay upwards of $70 for a single package.

According to Girl Scouts: "Raspberry Rally are thin, crisp cookies with raspberry flavor dipped in chocolate. It is very similar to Thin Mints, but the inside is pink and tastes like raspberry instead of mint."

Some fans on X (formerly Twitter) have expressed their sadness at the news, with some writing that they are "disappointed" and "loved the cookie."

The Raspberry Rally cookie, unlike its counterparts sold at Girl Scout booths situated outside grocery stores and other areas, was solely available online to facilitate the growth of young girls' e-commerce skills.

Overall, the Girl Scouts of America stated that the Raspberry Rally Cookies were limited edition and are now depleted with no future production plans. However, the Girl Scouts still have a range of flavors to savor, such as Thin Mints, Samoas, Trefoils, Do-Si-Dos, Tagalongs and more.
