Gisele Bündchen recently shared an inspiring message with her fans through a new Instagram video, and she was looking radiant while doing it! The supermodel, 42, was seen riding a bike in a new clip while rocking medium-wash denim micro shorts, a low-cut beige tank top, a shiny necklace, and tan sandals.
Her skin was glowing in the upload for her 21.1 million followers, and her blonde hair was worn in beachy waves, adding to her effortless beauty. She encouraged her followers to embrace life’s many changes and challenges in the caption, and to find more moments for gratitude. Her beaming smile, as fans pointed out in her comment section, was infectious!

The video of the Vogue cover girl started at a far-off distance, and then the camera got closer and closer as Bündchen pedaled her way forward. “We all have our fair shares of trials. Every laugh, every fall, every experience, the good and the bad, everything is here to teach us something and help us grow,” she wrote.
Naturally, fans couldn’t get enough of the post, and the mom of two’s outfit. “You are truly inspiring and such a beautiful soul!” one wrote as another added, “such a beauty!” Others added that they “loved the summer look” and seeing Bündchen happy and healthy.
The Brazilian native continued in her caption, “Nothing is permanent. So let’s enjoy the good moments and learn from the bad ones. Every day is a gift!” Bündchen’s caption might seem even more meaningful given a recent and major life change for her— her divorce from Tom Brady.
Bündchen and Brady, 45, announced their divorce in October 2022, after being married for 13 years. They share one son Benjamin, 13, and daughter Vivian, 10, and Brady is also dad to his 15-year-old Jack, who he shares with ex Bridget Moynahan.
Bündchen has stressed in interviews since that she and Brady are amicably co-parenting. She also recent sat down with Vanity Fair for their April 2023 issue to clarify that she is not dating her Jiu Jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente after rumors spread online along with photos of the two seemingly on dates in Costa Rica earlier this year. “I think, at this point, unfortunately, because I’m divorced, I’m sure that they’re going to try to attach me to anything,” she said to the outlet.

According to sources who reportedly spoke to The Daily Mail, the model is currently “happy and doing really well” after divorcing Brady, and is “focused on her kids, her health and work.” It seems that the positive mindset she used in her recent caption works!
