Both Tom Brady, 46, and Gisele Bündchen, 43, have seemingly moved on following their divorce, which came after 13 years of marriage and two children together. While the former NFL star is rumored to be in an on/off relationship with Irina Shayk, the Brazilian supermodel appears to be in a relationship with her Jiu-Jitsu trainer, Joaquim Valente. And if we are to believe the latest reports, the children – daughter Vivian, 11, and son Benjamin, 14 – are actually okay with their mom having a new beau!
Insiders reportedly told Life & Style that Gisele and Tom’s children are “fine” with their mom’s new relationship, saying: “Tom is getting used to it, the kids are fine with it, and that’s all that matters.”

Although Page Six reported that Bündchen and Valente only made things official in June 2023, despite being spotted hanging out together over a year ago, a separate source reportedly told the Daily Mail that the former Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback doesn't actually think that's the case. But regardless of when their romantic relationship actually started, he is reportedly now okay with it!
According to the Daily Mail, the former New England Patriots player has now "accepted" that his ex-wife's relationship with Valente may have begun "years ago" – but he's reportedly not letting it get to him, and is currently focusing on co-parenting their children in the best way possible.
"Tom has been dating and is all about growing from his relationship with Gisele and moving it to a place where they can co-parent," an insider told the Daily Mail. "If she wants to have people think she has been dating Joaquim only since June, so be it, but they have been together longer and they aren't taking it slow. Tom has accepted it," the source added, before going on to say that although Brady and Valente are not exactly friends, they are trying to keep things amicable for the sake of the children.
"Tom and Joaquim are not friends — but Joaquim is around his kids, so Tom has to find the good in him and does believe he is a good guy," the source added. "If Joaquim ever becomes a father figure to his kids, Tom will be able to adapt."
Joaquim Is 'Perfect' For Gisele, Insider Says
We definitely see what the insider was saying about Gisele and her new beau not taking things slow, as Page Six reported that he has been spending most of his time at her Miami home. The outlet reported that Gisele has been leaning on Joaquim now more than ever, as he has reportedly been her "rock" since her mom's death in January.
Another source told People that Gisele and Joaquim have a lot of similarities, and she is ultimately enjoying her time with him. "They come from similar backgrounds. They both left Brazil very young," People's source said. "They have both created amazing lives for themselves in the US. They both love Miami but also enjoy traveling. They both enjoy healthy living." The source added: "Gisele's in a great space. She is happy and very much enjoying life. Joaquim is perfect for her."
