Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are finally wed after more than 5 years together, and the couple are making the most of married life with a joint performance in Wisconsin this past weekend. The loved up pair took the stage just two weeks after their wedding for the Country Thunder Music Festival, sharing an affectionate display for the crowd of enamored fans.
The pair looked thrilled to be on stage together, with Stefani rocking an orange oversized camo jacket and fishnet tights, and Shelton wearing a basic button up and blue jeans. At one point, the newlyweds locked lips in front of the crowd, and as Stefani performed, her new husband could hardly keep his eyes off of her.
Stefani and Shelton revealed that they had gotten married on July 5 when they shared a series of sweet snaps from their July 3 wedding, with the 51-year-old singer looking like a vision in her wedding dress. The event took place at a wedding chapel that Shelton had built himself in Oklahoma, with Carson Daly from The Voice officiating the ceremony.
This is the second wedding for both parties, with Stefani initially married to Gavin Rossdale from 2002-2016, and Blake Shelton married to Miranda Lambert from 2011-2015. Stefani shared three children with her ex-husband, and it’s unclear if Shelton plans to adopt her kids or how they plan to move forward with parenting.
The couple recently admitted that a traditional honeymoon was not in the cards for them due to their busy schedules, but it seems that they’re making time for each other--even if it is at a music festival in Wisconsin. After singing a variety of songs from “Nobody But You” and “Happy Anywhere,” to the No Doubt classic, “Don’t Speak,” it was certainly a show the audience won’t soon forget.
