Gwen Stefani Doesn’t Even Look Like Herself Anymore–Her Face Has Changed SO Much!

Gwen Stefani has been in the public eye for quite some time, and she’s gone through plenty of transformations over the years, so much so that she is hardly recognizable in throwback photos. And her most recent post is all the proof you need.

In the photo, Gwen hardly looks like herself with dark lipstick, thin eyebrows, and her hair in curlers. In fact, some fans thought she more closely resembled Brittany Murphy in the snapshot. “I thought that was Brittany Murphy at first. RIP,” one commented. Another wrote, “Who else thinks she looks like Brittany Murphy here?”

Although Gwen definitely looks different now, she never shies away from sharing old photos. (Even if some critics accuse her of plastic surgery.)

Her Instagram page is full of old photos, and her iconic, punk style is memorialized in each.

One fan commented on this picture, wishing Gwen would return to this style, “Loved you since ’95! Get back to your No Doubt roots. You are so talented! An amazing performer and fab voice! Love u always, Gwen!!!!”

However, some seem happy that she has stepped away from this makeup and hairstyle, connecting these throwbacks to cultural appropriation. “I love me some 90s Gwen, but I wonder if you were actually just exploiting a tradition that wasn’t meant for white teenage girls,” one commented.
