The former No Doubt singer posted a two-image carousel on her Instagram account on November 15th – a closeup and a full-length picture showing off her gorgeous gold Dolce and Gabbana outfit on the latest episode of The Voice – and her face admittedly looked a little different in the closeup image, with fans speculating what could be the cause of her different appearance.
Fans Speculate About More Cosmetic Work In The Comments
“Do not recognize this new face,” one fan commented. “She needs to stop with the fillers,” added another. “Quit doing cosmetic surgery… you look beautiful the way you are,” pleaded another fan. “She’s so pretty naturally that I can’t understand the need for all the extra stuff,” they added. “She was so pretty, I’m sad that she didn’t think she was. What Is A Botox Lip Flip?

However, it wasn’t all negative attention, as most of the comments section was filled with praise for her look, which featured a glamorous 60s-inspired bob with flipped-out ends and gorgeous makeup by Ernesto Casillas using products from Gwen’s GXVE line, which she helpfully detailed in the caption so her fans could recreate it.

Previous Criticism From Fans Over Plastic Surgery
Unfortunately this isn’t the first time that Gwen’s fans have voiced their concern over her alleged cosmetic surgery treatments. Back in September, the singer looked completely unrecognizable during an appearance on Late Night With Seth Meyers. Although she looked sensational in her seductive outfit, fans couldn’t get past the way her face looked, as it suggested that she had undergone an abundance of fillers and Botox, among other things.
