Gwyneth Paltrow stopped by the set of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon in New York City last week, turning heads in a form-fitting long-sleeved bright red dress paired with stylish dark heels. The Oscar winner and style icon, 52, kept her glam simple and minimal for her talk show appearance, and chatted with host Jimmy Fallon about her Goop brand and its Annual Holiday Gift Guide.
During the November 21st episode, the Shakespeare in Love alum also talked about a recent viral photo of her kissing Timothée Chalamet on the set of their forthcoming film, Marty Supreme. To complete her get-up for the occasion, Paltrow opted for simple tiny stud earrings, a shiny gold bracelet and chunky rings.

For her glam, the mom of two (who shares daughter Apple, 20, and son Moses, 18, with her ex-husband Chris Martin) wore her signature blonde tresses down, parted in the center and styled sleek-straight. As for her makeup look, the Avengers: Endgame star wore subtle black liner, rosy blush on her high cheekbones and a shiny pink pout.
Shortly after Paltrow joined Fallon, 50, on set, the Tonight Show‘s official Instagram account posted a clip of her segment for its 17 million followers. Fans quickly gathered in the comments to express their opinions and praise Paltrow’s ensemble. “So beautiful,” one wrote as another gushed: “God I love her.”
Similarly, beneath a YouTube clip of the same episode, one fan commented, regarding Paltrow's look: "Shes STILL, SOOOOOO BEAUTIFUL." Someone else chimed in: "This GORGEOUS lady is like a fine wine."
Regarding the aforementioned viral scene with her co-star Chalamet, 28, Paltrow told Fallon: "You’re trying to have this scene, and it’s a private moment, and there are paparazzi. And then all of my mom group texts were fire." The heated moment captured in the conversation took place in October, set in an NYC alley. Paltrow was seen holding a necklace while embracing the Dune actor, who then pressed her against a wall for a passionate kiss.
Paltrow revealed that several family members (including her brother Jake Paltrow) urged her to accept the role in Josh Safdie's upcoming film about table tennis champion Marty Reisman. When her daughter Apple discovered that Chalamet was part of the cast, that "sealed the deal," the Sliding Doors actress shared.
"Actually, it was my brother [Jake Paltrow], because I sort of have not done a lot of films recently and have been focused on my business, on Goop," Paltrow said. "And then this movie came up and my brother—who’s a filmmaker—was like, ‘This is a great director. You should meet with him.' [...] And then when Apple found out that Timothée Chalamet was in it, that sealed the deal."
