Gwyneth Paltrow is not shy to drop all the glam and reveal a fresh face to her followers. In a recent Instagram post, the actress stunned her fans in a makeup-free selfie while donning a gray sweater and unstyled hair as she sat in the backyard during a blissful evening, with a hint of the moon behind her in the backdrop
She announced in her caption that she will be taking a social media break ‘to work on being more present.’ Gwyneth has been pretty active on her socials, so it’s no wonder she’s taking some time off to recharge while focusing on herself, her family, and of course, Goop.
The 50-year-old Oscar winner is known for her ageless appearance, and proved that even further with her recent photo on Instagram. In the post, she’s seen sitting out under a tree with a knitted gray sweater, zero makeup on her face, and keeping her golden locks flowing down in a middle part.
We can’t believe how radiant she looks, perhaps it’s the Goop products!
With the picturesque view of the moon behind her, she captioned her post saying, “Taking this full moon energy with me as I go into a social media break. Going to work on being present. Happy summer,” along with pink heart emojis.
Her famous friends also had her back in the comments section, with Katy Perry commenting, “I know you won’t see this but I back this message.” Michelle Pfeiffer wrote, “Good for you,” along with a clapping hand and red heart emoji.
Recently, Gwyneth made headlines when she announced that she will be partnering up with Airbnb to put her Montecito guesthouse for a one-night rent in hopes that it will combat ‘isolation and loneliness’ in the community.
The entirety of the caption left fans puzzled, as it read, “Loneliness is a human condition, but in the past few years, increased isolation and our lack of community has made our lives even more fragmented. @airbnb had the brilliant idea of doing something to make the world a little less lonely, which is why I’m inviting you to come stay at my Montecito guesthouse for a night. While we may begin as strangers, I hope we’ll find connections and commonalities over a delicious meal. Lay by the pool, go on one of my favorite hikes and of course you’ll have a bathroom stocked with my favorite @goop products for a truly luxuriating stay. Book on August 15 at 10am PST at the link in my bio. Hope to host you soon.”
Users claimed that this whole collaboration was tone deaf by commenting things such as, “Housing is a human right and not just for the wealthy,” “Maybe the rich could throw their money into supporting education and social services though, for real impact!”
