Gwyneth Paltrow, 51, may have received a lot of backlash for some of the health and beauty tips she has shared over the years – but she’s clearly doing something right! The Oscar-winning actress looked incredible on the red carpet for the premiere of Netflix’s The Brothers Sun, which took place in Los Angeles on Thursday, January 4th.
The new Netflix series was produced by Brad Falchuk and his company Brad Falchuk Teley-Vision, so it’s not at all surprising to see her pull out all the stops on the red carpet to support her husband! The series, which was created in collaboration with Byron Wu, stars Justin Chien, Sam Li, Highdee Kuan and Oscar-winning actress Michelle Yeoh.

For the red carpet, the seemingly ageless Goop mogul wore a seductive red maxi skirt from Cong Tri's spring 2024 collection, teamed with a matching long-sleeved top with a very daring plunging front. She accentuated her waist with a thin belt in a slightly deeper shade of red, and added some Paris Texas slingback pumps to finish the look off.
The Shallow Hal actress accessorized with some bold statement earrings, which were still very visible despite her wearing her blonde hair in a sleek and straight center-parted down do. Her makeup was natural and glowing, as always, and consisted of some subtle rosy cheeks, a pop of mascara, and a soft pink lip.
Fan Comments
The official Netflix Instagram page shared a picture of Paltrow and Yeoh on the red carpet, which many fans couldn't help but comment on. "Oscar winners only!" exclaimed one fan, followed by the fire emoji, in reference to the ladies' Academy Award wins. Paltrow won her Oscar for Shakespeare in Love back in 1999, while Yeoh won hers for Everything Everywhere All At Once in 2023.
"Gorgeous ladies," complimented another fan, as another said that Paltrow was "beautiful in red," followed by an apt red heart emoji. "Say what you will about Gwyneth but she's got style," gushed another fan, as another added, "Gwyneth you're the best," followed by a star emoji.
