Despite currently being pregnant, Hailey Bieber has maintained her toned and slim physique.
Known for her love of crop tops that highlight her abs, the model is celebrated not only for her radiant skin (thanks to Rhode) but also for her consistently fit figure since stepping into the spotlight at a young age.
Over the years, Hailey has shared insights into her diet and workout routine, which are key to her sculpted body. Her regimen includes balanced meals, Pilates, and a careful limitation of certain foods like meat and sugar. Read on to discover all the details.

Hailey Bieber’s Diet
Even before launching Rhode, Justin Bieber’s wife was dedicated to her skincare routine and mindful of her diet to maintain her skin’s health. This attention to diet not only benefited her skin but also contributed to her fit physique.
She told ELLE in 2016: “On a regular day, breakfast is usually eggs or oatmeal, some type of healthy protein, or a smoothie. Lunch is usually salad, fish, grilled veggies, or maybe a sandwich. I don’t really eat a lot of gluten, so I’m trying to be particular. I love a good kale Caesar salad, [but with] no croutons. That’s usually one thing I leave out. Dinner is usually kind of along the same lines [as lunch]; some sort of vegetable or pasta, like a gluten-free pasta.”
However, she ensures she doesn’t overly restrict herself, explaining that she enjoys indulging in food, especially while on vacation. “I did go to the Maldives not too long ago. I felt like that was like, super lavish and indulgent. I was eating whatever I wanted when I was there because it was just like you’ve got to take advantage of those moments.”
Back in 2021, the model shared that she had cut out meat from her diet and had ‘never felt better.’ In an Instagram story, she said, “Over the past 2 and 1/2 months, I completely cut meat (other than fish) out of my daily eating and have been sticking to more vegetarian/vegan dishes. I have never felt better! Feel so clear and energetic. Just sharing for anyone who may be thinking about cutting out meat!”
Another type of food she limits is the infamous sugar. “Sometimes [I’ll do dessert]. I really like the Magnum bars; that’s a great one. [But I generally try to avoid] sugar. Sugar’s a big one for everyone, I think,” she revealed to ELLE. “I think drinking a lot of water helps. I try to drink, like, a couple bottles throughout the day. I don’t know how many glasses that would amount to, but it’s important.”

Hailey Bieber’s Exercise Routine
The 27-year-old loves incorporating a variety of workouts into her routine to keep things interesting, but her staples are Pilates and yoga. She’s often spotted leaving hot Pilates classes with her best friend, Kendall Jenner.
“I used to be a ballet dancer, so Pilates for me gets my body personally in the best shape because it’s very elongating,” she said to Women’s Health Going For Goal podcast. “A lot of the movements in Pilates are very similar to dance.”
“I’ve been doing hot Pilates for years now. I find that when you do any hot class, your muscles are more pliable and you’re stretched out easier. You come out dripping in sweat, and my face is like a tomato, and it’s good for your skin! I love it! I’m obsessed, and it’s addictive,” she told Vogue Australia.
In addition to her regular hot Pilates and yoga sessions, she incorporates various other workouts to stay in shape both mentally and physically. “I really like boxing for cardio. And I’ll do a couple of sessions a week in the gym, weight training, and cardio. Exercise keeps my mind and my body really healthy,” the skincare mogul told Women’s Health.
