Halle Berry makes working out a part of her daily routine, meeting with personal trainer, Peter Lee Thomas, five days a week at a minimum. Thomas said in 2018 that Berry has "the discipline and the athleticism of a 25-year-old," and "she doesn't mess around."
Thomas added that Berry's favorite exercise is push-ups. "She likes to do push-ups," he explained. "I don't think there is a push-up out there that she can't do." She also likes to practice intermittent fasting, and only drinks bulletproof coffee in the morning.
"If I just do [a light workout], the bulletproof coffee usually keeps me going until lunchtime." she explained to Women's Health in 2020.
