Harry Styles may currently be linked to Bones And All star Taylor Rusell – and let’s not forget the rumors that he was briefly dating Emily Ratajkowski earlier this year – but it seems like he may still have eyes for his ex-girlfriend, Olivia Wilde. At least if his new tattoo is anything to go by!
Is Harry Styles' New Tattoo Dedicated To Ex Olivia Wilde?
The 29-year-old former One Direction singer and the 39-year-old Ghostbusters: Afterlife actress dated for around two years after meeting on the set of Don't Worry Darling, which Harry was starring in and Olivia was directing.
They broke up in November 2022, with newer reports suggesting that Olivia could even get back with ex-husband, Jason Sudeikis, who is also the father of her two children Otis, 9, and Daisy, 6, as the Ted Lasso star reportedly wants her back! However, it seems like the "Watermelon Sugar" hitmaker might still have feelings for the Babylon actress, as the internet thinks his new tattoo, which could be seen in some pap pictures taken during his vacation in Italy, *could* be dedicated to her.
Page Six obtained some pictures (check them out here) of the "As It Was" crooner on a boat in Bolsena, Italy, on Friday, July 28th, where he was joined by friends including former Late Late Show host James Corden and Victoria’s Secret model Jacquelyn Jablonski.
The "Sign of the Times" singer, who already has his fair share of tattoos all over his body, was dressed in green shorts and very little else in some of the pictures, although in some of the others, he was wearing a white and green plaid shirt. But it was what was on his thigh that commanded most of the attention, as eagle-eyed fans spotted the word "Olivia" inked on his thigh in italics. Wow! (It's important to note that this is the first time Harry's tattoo has been snapped, but we don’t actually know when he got it!)
Fan Reactions
However, not all fans thought that the "Adore You" singer's tattoo was actually dedicated to his ex, as some thought it could be related to the One Direction song "Olivia" from the band's 2015 album, Made in the A.M. Others simply didn’t think that it said "Olivia" at all, with one fan tweeting, "I will live in blissful ignorance of what that tattoo actually says until I see some Ultra HD 4K resolution photos to prove me wrong because I know my man wasn’t dumb enough to get a name tattoo."
Others thought that getting Olivia's name tattooed was simply proof that he was "human" and a romantic at heart. One fan said: "All jokes aside if the tattoo does really say Olivia then it just proves that Harry Styles is human. He done something crazy over a girl he was in love with at one point in time as probably some big romanticized gesture."
