Starbucks is known to make the sugariest of concoctions and sweets. Those Frappuccinos and lattes can contain a crazy amount of calories, but they’re so hard to avoid when Starbucks is at almost every street corner.

Instead of getting those fat-filled macchiatos, try going for something a little healthier. That might seem impossible at this coffee shop, but it’s definitely doable! According to nutritionist Lisa Drayer, there are tons of healthy options to choose from at Starbucks. But, she pointed out one drink in particular that should be your top drink order.
Drayer recommends going back to the basics. Unsweetened coffee with no milk is the way to go, according to her. Although it's more basic than most of the other flavorful drinks on the menu, it will save you from so much fat, sugar, and calories.
She said that unsweetened coffee without milk only contains 5 calories! In comparison, a Venti mocha Frappuccino containing whole milk, whipped cream, syrup and mocha sauce has 520 calories and half a day's worth of saturated fat. Yikes!
If you’re really not into black coffee, no worries. Try ordering a tall nonfat cappuccino, which only has 60 calories. Added bonus, it can supply you with 20 percent of your daily calcium needs!
