Reuben, anyone? If you're looking for a great rye, Dr. Geiga suggests Mestemacher’s whole rye bread, which features a dense, chewy texture and is a great source of dietary fiber. "Rye’s high fiber content, particularly in the form of soluble fiber, helps control blood glucose," he explains. Like the other options on this list, this bread promotes fullness and supports weight management goals, especially for anyone aiming for more stable blood sugar.

6. Arnold Whole Grains Double Fiber Bread

More fiber? Yes, please! Arnold’s Double Fiber bread contains a blend of whole grains and offers 5 grams of fiber per slice.
