TikTok user @lilsipper_official, who has over 352K followers on the app, shared her version of a healthy two-ingredient edible cookie dough recipe that is packed with protein and also doesn’t sacrifice flavor.


Edible Protein Cookie Dough Recipe

Ingredients:

5 oz. Greek Yogurt (use non-dairy if needed)

1/2 cup of Digestive Support Vanilla Protein (the one she uses in the video is recommended as she says “not all protein powders will work and get thick as this does”)

Optional mix-ins: Chocolate chunks/chips, raisins, nuts, coconut shreds, sprinkles

The combination of Greek yogurt and vanilla protein in edible cookie dough offers a delightful treat with a multitude of health benefits. Greek yogurt contributes a creamy texture while being rich in protein, essential for muscle repair and satiety. The probiotics in Greek yogurt also support gut health.

Paired with vanilla protein, this blend not only enhances the dough’s flavor but also adds an extra protein boost, aiding in muscle development and metabolism. @lilsipper_official says to mix the yogurt and protein together along with a splash of water, then mix together. If you want, you can add in the mix-ins from above to boost the flavor to your preferred desire. Then, you can eat it right away or refrigerate for one hour which will make it thicker.
