It is made with up to 16g of plant-based proteins and 10g of fiber, plus it is dairy-free, egg-free, vegan and Non-GMO Project Verified. Sounds healthy, right? We thought so too.
According to Ghiacy, you would need to eat two doughnuts before you consumed the amount of calories in The Complete Cookie. With 460 calories, 54 grams of carbs and 24 grams of sugar, The Complete Cookie is way worse for you than a Krispy Kreme doughnut which has 190 calories, 21 grams of carbs and 10 grams of sugar.
The only way that The Complete Cookie outweighs a doughnut is in protein - the cookie has 16 grams of protein and a doughnut only has two. But when you consider the amount of carbs and sugars the cookie gives you, the protein isn’t worth it.
