Ingredients: 1 cup cottage cheese, 2 eggs, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 1/2 tsp. onion powder, 1.5 tsp. Italian seasoning.

Instructions: Add these ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend well. Line a small baking pan with parchment paper. Pour the cottage cheese mixture in and spread it out evenly.Bake at 350F for 40 minutes! Use it as bread and build a sandwich! I am using Tzatziki, chicken, tomatoes, arugula, and red onion!

In a food processor, blend 2 cups of cottage cheese, 4 tablespoons of your preferred sweetener, and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and mix in 2 1/4 cups of fine almond flour, 3/4 cup of vanilla protein powder, 2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter, 1 cup of chocolate chips, and a pinch of salt. The result “tastes just like cookie dough and is so satisfying.”

3. Cottage Cheese Mac n’ Cheese

Cook protein elbow pasta in salted, boiling water.
