Newly separated A-list couples could learn a thing or two from former couple Hoda Kotb and Joel Schiffman, as they seem to be doing a great job of remaining amicable while co-parenting their two daughters Haley Joy, 8, and Hope Catherine, 5.

The 60-year-old Today Show host separated from the financier in 2022 (was it really that long ago?!) with insiders recently claiming that they are still the “best of friends.” This was particularly evident when they spent Christmas together as a family last month!

On the Christmas Eve episode of Today, which came just a few weeks before her last day on January 10th this year, Hoda explained that she traditionally has a small gathering at her house for Christmas, with her siblings, her mom, Schiffman, and their children all invited.

"We get together. That's the group, and it's kind of just a cozy Christmas," the Making Space with Hoda Kotb podcast host spilled to friend and Today co-host Jenna Bush Hager. "So we'll put out cookies tonight for Santa and carrots. He always seems to like the cookies more," she added.
