Irina Shayk Breaks Down Her Met Gala Look
The perfume campaign follows another successful Met Gala appearance from the model earlier this month.
For the fashion event, she wore a silver, slip floor-length dress crafted from an invisible net of Swarovski crystals, totaling 84,000 in number.
She exclusively talked to PEOPLE about working with Swarovski for the dazzling creation: "I really wanted to go for something different this year; something that I never done before," she said. "I always love The Met theme because I get to be creative with different designers each year on interpreting something new, and we have a dress code to focus on. This year I wanted to lean into the timelessness of the theme, so we worked on a gown that feels like a crystal couture piece that could be from the past, but cut in a the most amazingly modern way."
And the best part? It was very comfortable for her to wear, as the model added, "My look is super comfortable — that’s what I always look for in my looks for The Met. I need to be able to move, feel like myself and have fun in the clothes."
