Ivanka Trump is making headlines following her appearance at the Manhattan Supreme Court earlier this month, as part of her father Donald Trump‘s civil fraud trial in New York. On Wednesday, November 8th, the former First Daughter was trending on social media after appearing on the witness stand for her father’s trial – but it wasn’t what she said that made headlines, it was actually the courtroom sketches. (Check one out here.)
The 42-year-old mom-of-three, who served as White House senior adviser during her father’s presidency, was shown on the stand by courtroom artist Jane Rosenberg. The same Jane Rosenberg whose sketch of the 77-year-old former president at his Manhattan arraignment in April went viral and even appeared on the cover of The New Yorker.

In the November 2023 sketches, Ivanka, who is looking trimmer than ever these days, was shown sporting a pensive expression and wearing a blue blazer with a white top underneath, with her long blonde slightly waved hair framing her face. And social media was quick to point out that Rosenberg's sketch not only looked "nothing like her," but was also extremely "unflattering."
One person took to X, formerly Twitter, to joke that Rosenberg must have held a "grudge" against Ivanka to justify such a bad picture. Others thought that Rosenberg was jealous of Ivanka, and drew her in an unflattering way out of spite, while others simply criticized Rosenberg's artistic talent.
