Ivanka Trump may look like a goddess on the outside, but don’t underestimate her—she’s got some serious jiu-jitsu skills!
In a video shared by the Valente Brothers on Instagram, a trio of siblings, including Gisele Bündchen’s boyfriend, Joaquim Valente, who co-own a jiu-jitsu studio, Ivanka demonstrated her vicious moves as she practiced with her instructors. The scene looked straight out of a movie!
Wearing a white uniform along with a blue belt, the mother of three clearly reached an impressive level in the sport.
One part of the caption in the post tagged Ivanka and said, “What makes this journey even more meaningful is sharing it with those we respect and value. As families, training together gives us the rare gift of growing side by side, on the mat and in life. @ivankatrump.”
The caption also included, “Jiu-Jitsu is more than a martial art. Rooted in ancient tradition and refined over generations, it offers a path to physical confidence, mental clarity, and emotional balance. Its philosophy, reflected in the @753Code, reminds us that true strength comes from character, discipline, and purpose”.
In most of the video, Ivanka sparred with Gui Valente, but Joaquim, along with his brothers, was seen bowing at the end.
Some her fans commented:
“What a role model! I just showed this to my 9 year old daughter. She said “wow, she’s so strong!'”
“This is so powerful! Inspiring women to be safe.”
Ivanka has always had a fit physique, and recently, her trainer, Sandy Brockman, told The Daily Mail that the blonde beauty tends to do the same moves in every workout session.
“Ivanka is wonderful because she is just being herself and learning how to strength train. The movements are always the same. They’re deadlifts, back squats, hinges, presses, and pull-ups,” Brockman noted.
“My minimum strength goals I strive for with my clients include: five strict push-ups, two strict pull-ups, one bodyweight barbell back squat, one bodyweight barbell deadlift, and one 45-pound barbell overhead press,” she explains.
