Ivanka Trump has truly left politics behind, embracing being a parent and socialite in Miami, and according to reports, she couldn’t be happier. Back in 2022 when her father Donald Trump, announced he would be running for president again, Ivanka made it clear that she would not be joining his team this time around, and it’s no surprise as to why. Keep reading for more information.
Ivanka Trump Distances Herself From Her Father
Ivanka served as one of Donald Trump's senior advisors during his 2016 presidency, and was very involved in White House politics. However, it seems that once was enough for the 42-year-old. Donald Trump officially announced his candidacy for president back in 2022, and shortly afterwards, Ivanka released the following statement:
"I love my father very much. This time around, I am choosing to prioritize my young children and the private life we are creating as a family. I do not plan to be involved in politics. While I will always love and support my father, going forward I will do so outside the political arena."
And according to a source in Ivanka's social circle, the mother-of-three has no regrets. "She is very happy, living her best life. She left politics totally in the rearview mirror and so this time around, even if her dad is the leading Republican candidate, she basically doesn't care. She told him when he said he was going to run again that she didn't want to be involved."
"The first election, she wanted to support him," the source continued. "She wanted to be a good daughter. She served his administration for four years, but she had enough. She doesn't want to do it anymore."
Ivanka Trump Is 'Living Her Best Life'
Ivanka has truly embraced her community in Miami, now that she's no longer focused on politics. She's often photographed with her husband, Jared Kushner, and their children, Arabella, Joseph, and Theodore out and about, and attends dinners with friends and works out at local gyms. She's also gotten involved with local organizations, volunteering for food banks and a nonprofit that builds programs for children with special needs.
Her step back from politics has also allowed her to expand her social circle, even posting with Kim Kardashian after the Justin Timberlake concert at Fontainebleau Las Vegas. Her personal style has also evolved, taking a sharp right turn from her usual pantsuit that she often wore for White House events. Now, she's been seen in shimmering gowns, denim cutoffs, and even surfer-chic bathing suits. We love this life for her!
