Ivanka posted a series of 8 different photos, some featuring herself, dressed to the nines, and others of the gorgeous landscape and other beautiful objects that caught the former president’s daughter’s eye. However, it was slide number three that made some fans hesitate.
In the photo, Ivanka is wearing a lavender skirt suit embellished with silver buttons, leaning against a window while taking a mirror selfie. It’s hard to deny the presence of her sculpted jawline and chiseled cheekbones in the photo, and while it could just be some clever posing, some fans don’t think so.
“Is it just me, or does she look a little *too* perfect,” one person commented.
“Do you think she got work done?” another asked.

But it's not just fans having conversations about whether or not Ivanka got plastic surgery. Dr. Benjamin Caughlin, a plastic surgeon based in Chicago, thinks that there's some truth behind these rumors. He thinks the high cheekbones and sharp jawline points to the use of fillers. "Volume in the right spots can really make a difference," he says.
"You can widen the mandible laterally. You can also lengthen it posteriorly. You can make the body of the mandible and the body of the jaw a little bit longer. It can be really slenderizing, particularly in females." Will Ivanka ever admit to plastic surgery? We'll just have to wait and see.
