Ivanka Trump has been receiving admiration and attention for her toned figure lately, and now her “luxury personal trainer” has revealed the secrets behind the former first daughter’s fitness regimen.

Sandy Brockman, a trainer from Texas, recently told The Daily Mail that her well-known client, 42, engages in weightlifting four days a week, sometimes supplementing with a day of yoga.

“Ivanka is wonderful because she is just being herself and learning how to strength train, which is so badass,” the trainer, 52, dished to the outlet. Brockman also shared: “The movements are always the same. They’re deadlifts, back squats, hinges, presses and pull-ups.”

Ivanka Trump's Personal Trainer Opens Up About Her 'Strength Training' Workout Routine

During her exercise routines, the ex-White House advisor follows a consistent set of five exercises, adjusting the weights according to her current fitness objectives. While explaining that individual strength varies, Brockman also advised readers to aim to lift their own bodyweight, like Trump.

The businesswoman's trainer added: "My minimum strength goals I strive for with my clients include: five strict push-ups, two strict pull-ups, one bodyweight barbell back squat, one bodyweight barbell deadlift and one 45-pound barbell overhead press."

Although Brockman acknowledged that many women tend to focus solely on cardio workouts, she urged them to try out the weight room. "Women need strength training so bad, and it feels good for women to do endurance," she told the publication. Brockman added: "It feels good for us to run. But sitting down and doing hard strength will actually help women become stronger."

Trump’s strength training sessions usually span an hour, but according to Brockman, the decisions the socialite makes beyond the gym are equally crucial for muscle development and maintaining a lean and trim physique. "I don’t want women starving,” she shared. "I want them to keep that constant flow of protein going through their bodies." The celeb-fave trainer also noted that she tells her string of famous clients to opt for "20 grams of protein every two to three hours."

Trump recently gave a glimpse of her impressive fitness routine in a new workout clip shared by Brockman. Trump was seen breaking a sweat at the gym, showing her dedication as she powered through back squats, focusing on her glutes. Dressed in a sleek, light gray outfit that included a form-fitting long-sleeved top, matching leggings, and crisp white sneakers, she rocked a sporty-chic look.

She lifted twenty pounds in the video, and wore her signature blonde tresses in a low ponytail. The mom of three shared the same clip with her own 7.6 million followers, captioning it: “Heck yes! Let’s go.” Her trainer was also very encouraging, telling Trump that she executed “beautiful back squats.”

Since stepping away from her political career and creating some distance from her father Donald Trump, Ivanka has been hitting the gym more frequently. She has been proudly flaunting her toned physique on Instagram, often dazzling onlookers in thigh-skimming dresses that showcase her legs or cropped tops that highlight her sculpted abs.

As reported by The Daily Mail, Ivanka previously dished to My Morning Routine that she's always been slender since her teenage years, and she works out often to keep it that way. She shared that her morning usually kicks off with a hefty glass of water infused “with lemon,” which is quickly followed by a generous and “big cup of coffee.”
