Jalapeño popper casserole recipe

In an oven-safe dish, combine 6 cups of broccoli and 1.5 pounds of chopped chicken. In a blender, blend 1 1/3 cups of cottage cheese, 1/2 cup of whipped cream cheese, and 1/4 cup of 2% milk until smooth. Pour this mixture over the broccoli and chicken, then season with garlic, salt, and pepper, mixing everything well. For the toppings, add 1 sliced jalapeño, four chopped bacon slices, and 1/4 cup of shredded cheese.

Now, it’s time to bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Once your timer is done, you can take out the casserole and serve!

Dr. Paul says that this recipe contains four servings, each containing 490 calories and 44 grams of protein.
